Platform Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own reconciliation execution and exceptions research across cash and money movement.
• Monitor transactions to detect discrepancies and losses; investigate to resolution.
• Identify, escalate, and close payment issues across reconciliation and loss domains with partners.
• Contribute to timely financial close and reporting.
• Tighten controls and recommend improvements to reduce risk and effort.
• Partner with Engineering to trace recurring breaks and resolve underlying gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related analytical field.
• 3-4 years in operations/analyst role with high-quality, detail-heavy execution.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or financial services / accounting operations.
• Familiarity with reconciliation, cash management, ACH/NACHA rules, or card networks.
• Demonstrated use of AI to automate manual workflows, with examples and impact.
• Strong analytical and data skills; proficient in spreadsheets and SQL or eager to learn.
