Support workstream planning, governance, and reporting activities
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency registers
Coordinate production of status reports, governance packs, and stakeholder communications
Track milestones, deliverables, and remediation activities
Escalate issues where appropriate
Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking
