• Policy analysis including options analysis, feasibility analysis
• Curating and facilitating workshops
• Scoping/setting the direction of work
• Maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• Generating visions and strategies for policy spaces with stakeholders
• Advocating user-centred policy design with senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analysis experience within a Consultancy/Services Provider or Public Sector
• Good project management; capable of planning and meeting deadlines
• Experience with user centred design teams in an agile environment
• Experience managing and working with senior stakeholders
• Experience leading work and leading others
• Strategic thinking and excellent communication to explain complex concepts
