📋 Description

• Sit in the Policy & Comms organisation, reporting to the Europe Policy Lead
• Focus on Europe as your key region, but be able and ready to apply your skills to emerging key
• Be a central operator, translating policy strategy into public narrative that advances the products
• Own and drive Mozilla’s proactive media narrative on privacy, security, AI, open-source
• Place and amplify a steady cadence of thought leadership pieces
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to communications colleagues and senior Mozilla

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in policy communications, media relations, or related roles, ideally in
• Exceptional writing and editing skills—with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
• Deep knowledge of technology policy issues such as privacy, data, AI, competition, digital rights
• A track record of building strong relationships with journalists, policymakers, and policy-focused
• Experience advising and supporting senior executives on high-profile, high-stakes communications
• Strategic instincts, operational rigor, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
