Policy Support Specialist, Ads & Monetization Ops

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Spotify’s ads and monetization policies and enforcement
• Support vendor and operations teams with enforcement guidance, training, quality initiatives, and
• Partner across teams to improve operational efficiency and quality through process improvements
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, monitor trends, and inform
• Monitor, triage, and resolve high-profile or time-sensitive escalations, communicating clearly with
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications teams to develop workflows and support

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role supporting ad review, content moderation, policy
• Experience developing new workflows, improving processes, and turning operational challenges into
• Clear communication and the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to independently manage priorities and solve
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use qualitative and quantitative information to identify
• Adaptability and comfort with changing priorities and ambiguity.
