Portfolio Lead

📋 Description

• Own financial performance for a $40–50M portfolio, including revenue growth, contribution margin
• Identify and mitigate commercial, delivery, renewal, and staffing risks while improving portfolio
• Serve as an executive delivery sponsor and escalation point for strategic clients, strengthening
• Partner with client and sales leaders to develop account expansion, renewal, executive engagement
• Oversee Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements, ensuring strong performance across
• Champion AI-enabled engineering practices and the adoption of agentic workflows across the software

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering, product delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing a $40M+ annual revenue portfolio within a professional services
• Strong understanding of client-facing delivery models, including Fixed Price and Time &amp
• Track record of executive relationship management, account expansion, strategic business
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and
• Experience leading AI-enabled delivery transformation, automation initiatives, or digital
