📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the insect screen portfolio.
• Own the portfolio throughout its full lifecycle, from existing products to new developments and
• Translate customer needs, market insights and competitive developments into clear product
• Drive commercial performance by focusing on pricing, margins, profitability and portfolio growth.
• Use sales, market and pricing data to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions and
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain

• Proven experience in product or portfolio management, preferably within a technical or industrial
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to define and execute product roadmaps.
• A highly analytical, data-driven approach and the ability to turn insights into action.
• A proven ability to drive commercial success and work closely with sales organisations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong project management skills across complex product development initiatives.
