Portfolio Monitoring Unit - Associate -Sydney

📋 Description

• Track and analyse portfolio company performance through the cycle.
• Collaborate with the origination Deal Team on financial and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with portfolio company senior leadership on performance trends and KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly reviews for internal Portfolio Management Committees.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly valuations using financial models.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Macro and ESG for reporting and investor materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Private Equity, Asset Management or related fields.
• Excellent investing and financial acumen for analysing reporting.
• Capable of building and interpreting financial models, including DCF modelling.
• Strong communication skills; ability to deliver impactful presentations.
• The ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
