📋 Description

• Assist in drafting pleadings, including complaints, oppositions to motions to compel arbitration
• Draft written discovery requests and responses under attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case law summaries and memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations alongside supervising attorneys (primarily
• Support client contact, including case updates, witness preparation, and settlement discussions
• Assist with settlement negotiations and case strategy sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; California Bar exam taken with results pending, or awaiting
• Demonstrated interest in employment law and/or class action litigation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy and professional growth.
