PPC Specialist

📋 Description

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and relevant social
• Develop compelling ad copy, organize campaign structures, and test creative variations to improve
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, and conversions; adjust bids, budgets
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages, forms, messaging

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data
