📋 Description

• Own and drive Card GMV and transaction growth through targeted acquisition, activation and
• Increase card acceptance and adoption among merchants and drive deeper usage among existing
• Improve the percentage of active card-transacting merchants and strengthen card penetration and
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction frequency, average transaction value and overall
• Develop strategies to retain and grow high-value card merchant cohorts, with a focus on the 80/20
• Drive PBL GMV and growth in Monthly Active Users (MAUs) across EDC and non-EDC merchant segments

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in growth management, product growth, business strategy, lifecycle
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, consumer internet, lending or financial services
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through customer acquisition, product
• Strong understanding of GMV, transaction growth, merchant activation, cohort management and funnel
• Experience with growth analytics, segmentation, experimentation, A/B testing and data-driven
• Exposure to merchant acquiring, card payments, lending or similar financial products would be an
