📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes and
• Help ensure work is well-documented, properly prioritized, and moving through the backlog.
• Follow up on status and surface blockers when needed.
• Gather background context, summarize key information, and prepare materials ahead of provider
• Respond to routine internal questions by pulling the right information from available resources.
• Learn and apply SQL to query payment data and support the creation and maintenance of dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a
• A genuine interest in payments, fintech, and how complex financial systems work under the hood
• Natural curiosity and a logical mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working with data and a willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication
