📋 Description

• Guide delivery quality across the Dynatrace practice
• Mentor recently certified consultants
• Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements
• Grow into leadership of the broader Observability Services group
• Set technical standards and review delivery work
• Develop junior consultants into independent practitioners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent, hands-on Dynatrace experience in production enterprise environments
• Current working knowledge of the Dynatrace SaaS (3rd generation) platform, including Grail
• Experience guiding customers through migration from Dynatrace Managed capabilities to the current
• 10+ years of experience across the observability landscape, spanning APM, infrastructure
• Experience with open standards such as OpenTelemetry
• Demonstrated success delivering strategy engagements, including observability maturity assessments
