• Detailed Estimating: Prepare detailed construction estimates using Buildertrend and other
• Activity Coordination: Coordinate pre-construction activities including site assessments, material
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers
• Document Review & Risk Management: Review drawings, contracts, specifications, and bid
• Scheduling: Assist in building project schedules in Buildertrend to ensure pre-construction
• Documentation & Records: Maintain clean, accurate, and organized records of bids, proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Construction Background: Proven experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Document & Scope Mastery: Strong understanding of construction documents, scopes of work
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working effectively with project managers, subcontractors
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability with a track record of managing multiple
• Ownership Mindset: Takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged.
