Pre-Loved Admin Assistant

📋 Description

• Set up and maintain the Pre-Loved product catalogue, including static and 360 ecom imagery, in
• Ownership of all relevant Pre-Loved product reports, utilising Excel, Google Sheets, Prima
• Launch new products on Mulberry.com across 4+ different regions, collaborating cross functionally
• Work with the Senior Digital Trading Executive to set and load RRPs, taking into consideration
• Work with the regional teams to select stock packages tailored to each specific site/store/pop up
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the warehouse teams to ensure efficient product flow

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in sustainability and circular
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with high level of numeracy
• An agile and engaged learner, quick to pick up new things and comfortable with learning new
• Incredibly organised and detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally across internal teams and with remote
• Problem solving attitude whilst keeping cool under pressure
