Precision Medicine Lead - Neuroscience

📋 Description

• Lead the development, planning and implementation of translational and biomarker strategic plans
• Collaborate and provide expertise and input to partner-developed compound programs in China.
• Manage responsibility for one or more clinical programs that may extend from early translational
• Support the design and manage the conduct, interpretation, and reporting of biomarker
• Lead or support asset-specific translational projects/teams in a matrix environment.
• Work with internal Operations group to coordinate China-based activities such as sample management

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD and/or MD with 5+ years or MS with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical
• Strong scientific background in neuroscience or related field supported by publication record in
• Expertise in neuroimmunology, neurodegeneration, migraine/pain or psychiatry highly desirable.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements governing clinical trials
• Demonstrated leadership in translational sciences (employing pharmacodynamic, predictive and
• Experience with some of the relevant neuroscience approaches such as fluid based biomarkers
