📋 Description

• Plan with project teams during preconstruction.
• Review drawings for constructability and value engineering.
• Lead subcontractor bid processes to ensure scope consistency.
• Develop project schedules to enable estimating and procurement.
• Prepare and update project budgets through early phases.
• Present proposals and budgets to clients professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in construction estimating with a commercial focus.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and subcontractors.
• Expertise in scoping and managing bids across trades.
• Proven track record coordinating subcontractor trades.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and health & safety standards.
• Degree in construction management or QS (preferred); MS Project & Vista.
