🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, or similar
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to develop and interpret economic
• Excellent understanding of construction cost structures, project feasibility analysis, and risk
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and statistical software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
