📋 Description

• Lead and co-lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand their grid, distributed energy
• Conduct tailored technical product demonstrations for different audiences, including utility
• Translate customer requirements and technical challenges into clear solution concepts that can be
• Prepare and co-author technical sections of proposals, RFP responses, and other customer-facing
• Act as the technical and domain voice in customer meetings, collaborating closely with engineering
• Explain system architecture, integration approaches, data flows, and relevant technical concepts

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, technical delivery, or a
• Experience with areas such as SCADA, AMI, grid operations, renewable energy integration, energy
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional technical role such as presales
• Ability to understand and discuss system architecture, software integrations, and data-flow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, presentations, or other customer-facing
