Presales Customer Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map complex customer infrastructure to fit-for-purpose
• Define and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical evaluations.
• Deliver tailored technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and demonstrations.
• Proactively address technical objections, security compliance questions, and edge-case
• Accountable for suitable solution deployment strategy (customer, partner, or professional services).
• Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, serving as primary executive and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering
• Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security
• Excellent consultative and advisory communication skills, translating technical concepts into
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical breadth in at least four of the following areas: Internet fundamentals (OSI Model, BGP
