• Act as trusted advisor throughout onboarding, renewal, and expansion.

• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate RFPs and provisioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Eng, etc.).
• Broad web security, networking, cloud infra, enterprise architecture.
• Security tech: DDoS, TLS, VPN, DLP.
• Networking: TCP/UDP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, SD-WAN.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure; serverless apps.
• Scripting: JavaScript, Python, Golang, Bash.
