Presales Security Expert Mid-Market

📋 Description

• Support the qualification of sales leads by assessing their technical requirements, environments
• Act as the primary technical resource during sales calls, answering customer questions and
• Apply strong knowledge of networking applications and security solutions to design solutions
• Provide post-sales technical support for assigned accounts, working closely with technical support
• Assist identified customers with post-sales technical training and enablement activities.
• Provide presales technical support and training to channel partners within the assigned region.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in technical or presales support, ideally in a presales, security expert
• Experience administering LAN, WAN, and Internet services and strong knowledge of networking and
• Hands-on understanding of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, stateful firewalls
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, supernetting, subnetting, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, RADIUS, LDAP
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies, along with strong technical
• Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills, with previous RFP response experience
