Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive in-person assessments, leading and partnering with the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate discharge for acute, short-term, and long-term placement
• No hospital rounds – focus on comprehensive care, seeing an average of 8 patients a day

🎯 Requirements

• Successful completion of a residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate
• Master's or doctorate Degree
• Board Certification preferred
• Active state physician license without restrictions
• State CDS certification and DEA registration
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification
