Primary School Teacher (K-4th Grades)

📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM; communicate daily objectives and
• Plan/adapt units and lessons that build conceptual understanding and fluency; script questions
• Use data to drive instruction: analyze daily work, interims, and state assessments; reteach
• Differentiate and scaffold using diverse strategies (choice, visuals, language objectives, sentence
• Structure purposeful practice—independent work, small groups, centers, and peer discourse—that
• Provide timely, actionable feedback (written and verbal) tied to rubrics; maintain accurate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Personal affinity to our mission and vision, as well as demonstrated commitment to our 5 core
• Offer contingent upon successful completion of a professional reference check, proof of identity
• At least two years of teaching experience in urban, open enrollment schools (preferred)
• Demonstrated success raising student achievement outcomes (preferred)
• State issued teaching credential (preferred)
