📋 Description

• Build and own the technical roadmap from business needs.
• Lead engineering team toward timely roadmap execution.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (prompting, RAG, agents).
• Codebase ownership: Python with LangChain/LangGraph and SQL.
• Cloud deployment: Azure, GCP, or AWS with CI/CD.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product owners, data scientists, and SMEs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years hands-on engineering; 4–6+ years AI/ML deployments.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM apps (prompt engineering, RAG, agents).
• Architect GenAI apps using frameworks & cloud services.
• Proficiency with Azure, GCP, or AWS for GenAI deployments.
• Expert in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
• Experience leading an engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
