Principal Analytics Consultant (Power BI)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Power BI engagements and workstreams, including planning, discovery, requirements
• Establish the overall technical approach, solution architecture, backlog, delivery sequence, and
• Design and develop Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, data products, and self-service
• Apply strong practices in dimensional modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL, data visualization, metric
• Connect Power BI solutions to enterprise data warehouses, data marts, lakehouses, semantic models
• Lead client discovery and working sessions that clarify ambiguous needs, define analytical

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience delivering data analytics, business intelligence, or data
• 3+ years of external consulting experience, including ownership of client-facing analytics projects
• Experience leading complex delivery teams or workstreams and mentoring consultants or technical
• Experience contributing to delivery planning, estimates, staffing, utilization, budgets, proposals
• Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering enterprise Power BI solutions, including semantic
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses, data marts, lakehouses
