Principal Analytics Consultant -Tableau

📋 Description

• Own the technical approach for complex Tableau engagements, including discovery, solution design
• Translate business goals into scalable analytics architectures, data models, metrics, dashboards
• Advise clients on Tableau platform strategy, modernization, governance, migration, and enterprise
• Define standards for data modeling, dashboard design, performance, security, testing, deployment
• Partner with data engineering, cloud, governance, and client teams to ensure analytics solutions
• Design and develop enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards, workbooks, data sources, and analytical

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, analytics, or technology
• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Tableau solutions from requirements gathering through production
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Tableau architecture, data sources, extracts, relationships, joins
• Experience with Tableau administration, governance, permissions, projects, content management
