🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in analytics engineering or equivalent.
• Expert SQL and Python for a modern data stack.
• Hands-on dbt and Snowflake in high-scale environments.
• Experience with data governance tooling (catalogs, lineage, access).
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong technical communication to explain complex modeling to analysts and engineers.
