🎯 Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related technical/analytical discipline
• 10+ years of relevant software development experience (or 8+ years of experience paired with a
• Deep hands-on experience designing and operating production LLM systems.
• Demonstrated expertise across: code generation, agents, retrieval, structured generation, tool use
• Experience using AI coding assistants with ability to evaluate, coach others on, and selectively
• Strong background in distributed-systems, API, security, and reliability engineering concepts.
