Analyze and interpret benefits programs by region
Benchmark benefit plans and manage broker relationships
Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and leaders to ensure market
Oversee international benefit plan design benchmarking and administration

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related major
12+ years of compensation and benefits experience in an international organization
Experience across different countries; understanding payroll and labor law differences
Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefits programs for leadership and employees
Strong English communication skills
