Principal Business Operations Manager, Ops & AI Tooling

📋 Description

• Own Tooling Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the operational tooling strategy and roadmap —
• Build Business Planning & Operating Tools: Design and build the internal tools that plan and
• Automate Workflows: Build workflow automation across staffing, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop AI Agents for Operational Workflows: Design and deploy AI agents and GenAI-powered
• Drive Cross-System Integration & Orchestration: Architect and maintain integration and process
• Own Tool Adoption, Standards & Optimization: Drive adoption, define standards, and continuously

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years (IC4) or 10+ years (IC5) of experience in business operations, ops tooling/systems
• Proven track record designing and shipping internal operational tools, workflow automation, or
• Hands-on experience with automation and integration across systems such as Salesforce
• Demonstrated fluency with GenAI and LLMs to automate operational workflows and accelerate insight
• Expertise in workflow design, systems architecture, and data governance, with a bias toward
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence
