📋 Description

• Lead clinical data management activities from study start-up through database lock across
• Take overall responsibility for data quality, documentation, and the successful delivery of data
• Manage mid-to-large, complex projects across a range of therapeutic indications and, when required
• Lead teams of Clinical Data Managers and ensure contracted activities are delivered in accordance
• Partner with Data Management leadership to promote consistent operations, efficient resource
• Provide technical and project leadership, supporting teams in resolving challenges and achieving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5
• At least 4 years of experience leading project teams.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other applicable regulatory
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical trials, and clinical research processes.
• Working knowledge of the CRO industry and its regulatory and operational relationship with
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and provide effective technical leadership and mentorship
