📋 Description

• Lead clinical governance committee operations, including charters, membership, meeting cadences
• Own the clinical organization's operating rhythm, including staff meetings, planning sessions
• Manage the clinical OKR cycle end to end, supporting objective development and calibration
• Maintain the clinical organization's OKR source of truth and proactively identify objectives that
• Own the clinical policy lifecycle, from intake and drafting through subject-matter review
• Coordinate external-facing policy and regulatory work as directed by clinical leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license as a master's-level therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), doctoral-level clinical
• 7+ years of professional experience in mental health or clinical settings
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, or operating clinical programs at scale, ideally within
• Experience with clinical governance, policy development, risk management, accreditation, audits, or
• Strong program-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Exceptional operational rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to establish durable
