Principal Consultant – AI Transformation & Adoption

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements focused on enterprise AI transformation and adoption, workforce
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities and redesign business and technology workflows
• Assess how AI changes roles, skills, responsibilities, and human-machine interactions, and design
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, data, risk, and business teams to move AI
• Advise senior stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, lead multidisciplinary consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business
• Experience leading complex client-facing AI, technology, or digital transformation initiatives
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and agentic technologies, including LLMs, copilots, AI
• Experience identifying AI use cases, redesigning workflows and roles, delivering AI adoption or
• Consulting experience spanning stakeholder management, facilitation, executive communication
