• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage client relationships and support business development

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise within retail banking payments, supported by strong technology and solution design
• Proven experience leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering activities and solution
• Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border payment ecosystems, including local regulatory
• Experience delivering large-scale payments transformation programmes within financial services.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to engage effectively with business and technology
