Principal Consultant - (Senior Manager) Operational Resilience

📋 Description

• Lead operational resilience assessments, scenario testing, and control implementation programmes
• Advise clients on regulatory readiness across PRA, DORA, and other resilience frameworks
• Oversee cyber risk, third-party risk, and vendor resilience assessments, using AI-enabled analytics
• Design and implement governance models, dashboards, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact
• Lead cyber and technology resilience transformation initiatives, including tooling, cloud security

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including PRA, DORA, and related operational
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes, including scenario testing, IBS/ITOL
• Experience using approved AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics to enhance resilience, risk
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
