Principal Consultant (Senior Manager) - Operational Resilience & Cyber Risk

📋 Description

• Lead operational resilience assessments, scenario testing, and control implementation programmes
• Advise clients on regulatory readiness across PRA, DORA, and other resilience frameworks
• Oversee cyber risk, third-party risk, and vendor resilience assessments
• Design and implement governance models, dashboards, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact
• Lead cyber and technology resilience transformation initiatives including tooling, cloud security
• Contribute to business development and capability growth

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk
• Strong understanding of PRA, DORA, and related operational resilience regulations
• Proven experience leading transformation programmes (scenario testing, IBS/ITOL calibration
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics for risk and programme delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud security, cyber tooling, cyber security architecture, or AI-enabled cyber
