Principal Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of the organization’s most strategic and complex enterprise accounts, developing
• Build trusted relationships with executive-level customer stakeholders and act as a senior advocate
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service Delivery, Product, Support, Engineering
• Serve as the escalation authority for complex customer situations involving technical, commercial
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including approaches for at-risk customers, renewals
• Deliver executive business reviews and value-based reporting, using customer health, adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or another senior customer-facing
• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and influence at the C-suite and executive
• Strong executive presence combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without
• Extensive experience creating and executing long-term account strategies in ambiguous or
• Strong analytical, organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
