📋 Description

• Develop understanding of customer and patient behavior to identify unmet needs and improve the experience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate insights into product strategy and roadmap.
• Define product success metrics and create measurement frameworks for engagement, adoption, retention, and impact.
• Design AI-powered analytical tools and agentic workflows to boost productivity.
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and exploratory analysis to inform strategy.
• Communicate insights to executives and influence product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Science, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable analytical solutions.
• Expertise in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, predictive modeling.
• Experience applying AI tech (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL with large, complex datasets.
• Strong programming in Python, R, or similar.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to guide strategy.
