📋 Description

• Guide incrementality measurement across marketing channels, working with analysts who run tests in
• Apply causal inference methods when a clean test isn't feasible
• Build and maintain attribution approach that splits credit across direct mail, digital
• Turn measurement results into spend allocation recommendations for marketing and finance
• Use marketing mix models alongside experiments and attribution, and determine which to trust when
• Automate recurring measurement reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or related quantitative role, much of it measuring marketing
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing incrementality tests, and solid grasp of causal
• Working knowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Track record of measurement work that changed marketing budget decisions
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and judgment to push back when
