Principal Demo Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end.
• Build demo features inside Fin for quick SE demos.
• Use AI to prepare demos with Fin and other models.
• Create templates and scripts to speed SEs.
• Demonstrate Fin on web, mobile, voice, email, Slack, and APIs.
• Collaborate with Enablement to train SEs and publish playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building software in customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on AI/LLM product experience; built with LLMs; know RAG, tools, agents, evals.
• Strong full-stack: TypeScript frontend; Ruby/Go/Python backend; web and mobile.
• SDKs, wrappers, and developer APIs; RESTful APIs and SaaS integrations.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic tools; show productivity gains.
• Design sensibility; demos should look polished and persuasive.
