🎯 Requirements

7+ years in design research; innovation or new product environments.
Proven track record leading ambiguous zero-to-one research programs.
Mastery of ethnography, contextual inquiry, co-creation & rapid concept validation.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data; big-picture to tactical.
Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Anthropology, or related.
