📋 Description

• Own top-priority MoonPay and Partner projects end to end, from concept through delivery
• Lead creative for key launches and GTM campaigns, contributing original ideas and hands-on design
• Work across brand, product, motion, and AI video to deliver cohesive, multi-disciplinary work
• Partner with the Executive Creative Director to uphold Otherlife's design standards and visual
• Mentor designers through design reviews, feedback, and guidance
• Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and developers for efficient delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency, with strong
• Experience within web3, blockchain, fintech, AI, or emerging tech companies
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects as a hands-on contributor
• Experience creating broadcast-quality ads using AI-driven and traditional methods
• Strong command of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling
• Experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks
