Principal Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Professional Services component of account plans across an assigned portfolio of customers
• Partner with Sales, Portfolio Development, Presales, Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to
• Connect customer business priorities to Siemens capabilities, defining outcome-oriented
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders, technology stakeholders and
• Maintain a qualified pursuit pipeline and contribute to bookings, revenue and growth objectives
• Bring relevant industry, portfolio and delivery insights into account strategy, customer workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
• Typically has 10+ years of experience with enterprise software/services delivery
• Proven expertise in organizational leadership, program management and strategic planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation to executive stakeholders
