🎯 Requirements

• Backend/platform engineering at scale in multi-tenant SaaS
• Proficiency in C#, Go, or Java; API/SDK design and versioning
• Experience with event-driven architecture (webhooks, MQ, pub/sub)
• Lead cross-team initiatives; RFCs and stakeholder alignment
• Exposure to LLM/ML-powered products and AI safety concerns
• Mentoring engineers; build platform/API communities
