🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, with a track record of removing significant
• Hands-on experience with performance engineering, capacity planning, sharding and partitioning
• Ability to investigate unfamiliar systems, test hypotheses, write production code, and work with
• Sound technical judgment using evidence to weigh architectural tradeoffs.
• Leadership across organizational boundaries, aligning teams around shared outcomes and building
• Clear communication explaining complex technical decisions and business implications to engineering
