Principal, FP&A — Development

📋 Description

• Publish recurring reports on the development portfolio — budgets, forecasts, commitments, spend
• Perform portfolio-level analysis across projects: capital deployment, cost trends, benchmarking
• Build clear, decision-ready dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or AI tools
• Own the financial view of the full development lifecycle: develop and maintain cost estimates at
• Serve as cost estimator for development-stage projects, working with Development, Construction, and
• Feed lessons learned from completed projects back into estimating assumptions, benchmarks, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, project finance, cost estimating, project controls, or
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in portfolio analysis, cost estimating
• Excellent communication skills; able to publish polished reporting and present findings to
• Comfort operating with ownership and autonomy across the full lifecycle of a project.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a
• Willingness to travel ~10% to project sites.
