Principal Full-Stack Developer - Core

📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of large, ambiguous projects end to end, from planning through
• Partner directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leadership to shape your team’s
• Own the long-term technical health of a domain: reliability, performance, and the parts of the
• Drive architecture decisions and write the technical proposals others build against.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers, and set the standard for code review on your team.
• Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices across teams, not just your own.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products, including a track
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience designing systems that held up at scale, and the judgment to know when not to build
• Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.
• A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you’re comfortable handing off to someone
• Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer, a
