Principal Hardware Systems Architect

📋 Description

• Own system architecture and technical integration across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and
• Define and drive technical standards, architecture, and engineering processes for mass production.
• Partner with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to define system requirements and cross-functional design
• Lead concept studies with internal and external teams and present outcomes.
• Manage system requirements from PRD through V&V with traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hardware engineering experience with deep expertise in at least two of electrical, RF
• Proven experience owning system architecture and cross-disciplinary decisions for complex hardware.
• Track record of taking compact, connected, battery-powered hardware from concept through mass
• Deep experience across RF/antenna integration, power architecture, thermal management, EMI/EMC
• Experience developing system requirements and validation plans with familiarity of US/international
• Experience working with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturing partners.
