• Partner with product, security, and engineering to validate capabilities.
• Lead key identity initiatives; implement deployments and playbooks.
• Deliver data‑driven updates to Okta executive team.
• Define KPIs to measure IAM health, security, and maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
• SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM expertise.
• OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0; FIDO2/WebAuthn.
• Secure session lifetimes, token revocation, and continuous access evaluation.
• M2M and cloud-native service-to-service authentication.
• IaC: Terraform; Okta Workflows; CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
